SHIPPING POLICY

 

1. Where We Ship

We ship worldwide from the United Kingdom.
Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout and vary by destination, weight and service.

2. Processing Times

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days.
During peak periods, pre-orders or special releases, dispatch times may be longer.

We will notify you if there is a significant delay.

3. Delivery Time Estimates

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • United Kingdom: 2–5 working days

  • Europe: 5–10 working days

  • Rest of World: 7–14 working days

Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for courier delays, customs clearance times or unforeseen disruptions.

4. Pre-Orders and Limited Editions

Pre-order items ship on or around the advertised release date.
If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, they may ship together unless stated otherwise.

5. Tracking

If tracking is available for your order, details will be sent in your dispatch email.
Some lower-cost shipping services may not include tracking.

6. Customs, Duties and Taxes

International customers are responsible for any import fees, duties or taxes applied by their local customs authority.
We cannot control or predict these charges.

Refusal to pay customs fees may result in the parcel being returned or destroyed; refunds cannot be issued in these circumstances.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate.
We are not responsible for parcels delayed or lost due to incorrect address information.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or non-collection, we can resend it once additional postage is paid.

8. Lost or Missing Parcels

If your parcel does not arrive within the expected time:

  • UK: allow 10 working days

  • International: allow 25 working days

After these timeframes, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.

9. Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the packaging and item.
We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

10. Digital Items

Digital downloads are delivered instantly via email and are not subject to shipping fees.
